Order Confirmation

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email. This confirmation will include all the details about your products, pricing, billing, and delivery address. Rates

All prices in the store are listed in SEK. We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors resulting from incorrect printing in the price list, as well as inaccuracies due to misinformation. We may adjust prices as necessary.

Complaints

We throughly inspect all products before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, we will cover the return costs. Please contact us for approval before returning any defective product, and report the issue as soon as it is discovered.

If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We handle return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the tight to deny a complaint if it is determined that the product is not defective under current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we adhere to the guidelines set by the Swedish Public Complaints Board, available at www.Arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the product.

We also do not take responsibility for any delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government actions, or reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any changes to product characteristics made by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on this site, as well as to finalize sales of products. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as color variations may occur due to photo quality, monitor settings, and resolution. We always strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

During the purchasing process, your information will be shared with our payment provider, which includes, your first and last name, address, email, and your phone number. For shipping, we partner with PostNord and must share your first and last name, and delivery address. We may also provide your email address and/or phone number for notifications.
